Bodies are designed and manufactured using the latest CAD/CAM techniques with individual panels laser cut (for precision and to prevent stress) from high yield, wear resistant steel for high accuracy and durability. Individual parts are pre-assembled onto purpose built jigs prior to wielding to certified standards.
Bodies are continuous seam welded using MIG welding (low hydrogen) for improved weld reliability and strength in dedicated body jigs to ensure body alignment, accuracy and reliability.
